I got an unidentified salvage thing off a carr shaman, anyways I Identified it, it said rune of minor axe mastery and i was just wondering how to use it.

all you have to do is read a few posts to avoid conjestion on the threads due to repeat topics.
to apply a rune, click it then click the item.
you can only apply one type of each rune to your character.

It is unlocked for pvp characters. to use it in pve you must use expert salvage kit on it. then if u salvage it do what daj said
